Jaya Karthi
Music Director & Co-Founder
Jayakumar PK, professionally known as Jaya Karthi, is an Indian music composer, background scorer, and singer working predominantly in Kannada and Malayalam cinema. He made his directorial debut with the Kannada film Pencil Box, followed by the Malayalam feature The Dark Secret and School Leader. He is currently composing for Bana, a Tulu-language film.

Born in Kasaragod, Kerala, Jaya Karthi's work blends melodic sensibilities with contemporary soundscapes — an artistry that defines every Sun Matrix production.

K Sathyendra Pai
Director & Co-Founder
A multi-faceted leader known as an entrepreneur, humanist, and philanthropist, K Sathyendra Pai first produced the Kannada film Gandada Kudi under the banner Invenjer. Following its success, he founded Sun Matrix Cinemas and went on to produce the second film, School Leader, under the new banner.

Through the Invenger Foundation, he champions rural education, rural healthcare access, and support for women and children — bringing the same spirit of purpose-driven investment to the world of audio and cinema.

Designed for excellence. Our acoustically treated facility in Kottara, Mangalore, houses a professional recording booth, a fully equipped control room with studio monitors, and a large projection screen — built for the demands of cinema-grade audio.
